The staff was amazing! Check-in was a breeze and the young lady at the front desk was very professional and friendly. They even broyght up my door dash because there was a language barrier with the delivery driver. I appreciated that the room was impressively clean and that they didn't strip the bathroom of additional towels.

The fitness center was also a nice touch, perfect for my workouts. Staff was super accommodating, making everything easy. Really enjoyed the convenient access to nearby dining options too.

Got my culinary cravings satisfied nearby with Kobe Sushi & Grill's fresh rolls and Wood Stone Craft Pizza's killer pies. Plus, the staff totally saved my evening by bringing up my DoorDash when the delivery driver struggled with the lingo. Talk about going the extra mile!

The One-Bedroom Queen Suite was comfy with great bedding and nice linens. The room was spacious, which I loved. Blackout curtains were a huge plus for a solid night of sleep. The shower experience was nice too! Only downside was the WiFi—it was super slow, which was a bummer since I needed it for some work. But overall, the room was really nice!

The most frustrating part was the unexpected increase in room rates, and poor customer service as the manager was unresponsive. Afton C. at the front desk displayed unprofessional behavior, which further upset the situation.

our stay at courtyard was fantastic! the indoor pool and hot tub were great for relaxing. the location is perfect, just a short drive to bentonville, ar, where we visited the crystal bridges museum. the staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, especially the front desk gal. everything was spotless, and the smell was nice, too!
